Are Addison Avenue Hair Show continuing hours approved by the state of Nebraska?

Yes, these in-person and online classes have been approved.

Where do I find Nebraska State licensing information?

Why am I not receiving Addison Avenue Hair Shows emails?

You may have Spam filters that are catching these emails.  For example, if you have Gmail, go to your Spam folders. Click on the email and then click on Not spam.  This should help future email be delivered to your Promotions tab.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds for in-person or online classes.

I have viewed the classes online.  How do I get my completion certificate?

Certificates are purely cosmetic and for you, if you chose to print. DHHS does not require that you submit your certificate at time of renewal. However, if you wish to receive a certificate, please email addisonavenuehairshows@gmail.com, to request.

What do I need to do to have a great online learning experience?

If you are joining us for online learning for the first time, please walk through your first login and password change on a PC, and not a phone or laptop.  You will need access to your email to reset your password. Once you have established your new login and password, you can watch content on most devices.

What browsers are supported?

For desktop devices​

For mobile devices, supported operating systems on iPhones, iPads and tablets:

  • iPads: iOS 14 and above

  • Android: 9.0 and above

What do I do if I am having trouble logging in?  

If you are having issues establishing your login and password, make sure you are using a PC/laptop for these first steps.  You will find additional help here.
